This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Zelesta.nl.
- Ordering
You can place an order by adding the desired products to your shopping cart and following the steps at checkout.

Zelesta offers safe and reliable payment methods.

If you pay by credit card, the purchase amount may first be reserved on your account and charged later.
If you choose Klarna, you can pay within 30 days after receiving your order, subject to Klarna’s applicable terms.
- Delivery
Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Please make sure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and correct. Zelesta is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
- Shipping costs
Any applicable shipping costs are shown during checkout before you place your order.
- Delivery delays
If delivery is delayed, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, your order will be delivered within 30 days after confirmation of the order. Your statutory consumer rights in the event of late delivery remain unaffected.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect products
Please check your order upon delivery.
If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us before returning the product. You can contact us viainfo@zelesta.nl or via the WhatsApp button on our website.
In the case of a defective product or incorrect delivery by Zelesta, Zelesta will bear the necessary return costs.
- Returns
If you wish to return a product, please request a return label and follow the return instructions provided.
The return costs are €7.95 per return label and are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong product was delivered by Zelesta.
Products cannot be exchanged directly. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it and choose a refund or a gift card, subject to the applicable return conditions.
