Warranty

Zelesta aims to deliver the highest quality products. As a consumer you are entitled to a functioning product — any defect that was present at the time of delivery is covered for 2 years after delivery. Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after discovering any issue.

Submit a Warranty Claim

Use our online warranty portal to file a claim. Answer a few short questions and upload photos of the issue. We will get back to you within 2 to 10 business days with the next steps.

Complaints

For complaints, please email us at info@zelesta.nl with the subject line Complaint. We aim to respond within one business day.
