Can I change my order?

Unfortunately no. This applies to cancellations, address changes and adjusting products in your order. But don't worry, should you change your mind, you can return your products after receiving your order. If there is something urgent, please contact our customer service team by phone or via live chat.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail with your personal track & trace code. This usually happens just a few hours after your order.

How do I place an order?

Very simple! Add your favourite items to your cart. Then click ‘Next step’ to enter your e-mail and delivery address. Complete the payment and voilà, your order has been placed.

You will receive a confirmation email from us within minutes, so you know everything has gone well.

What does pre-order mean?

A pre-order means you reserve a product before it is in stock. Handy, because our items fly out the door! So you can be sure to get your copy as soon as it is available.

Note: With every pre-order product, we clearly state the estimated delivery time on the product page, such as ‘Pre-order now and receive in week X’. So you know exactly when to expect your order.

Why did I not receive a confirmation e-mail after a few minutes?

Don't worry, this could be due to a few reasons:

  • Our mail may have accidentally ended up in your SPAM folder, so please check it.
  • You may have made a typo when entering your email address.
  • With some payment methods, it may take a while before the money is debited and we can send you confirmation. This varies per payment method.

Can't manage it yourself? No problem. Just send us an e-mail or give us a call and we'll make sure it gets sorted out.
