Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail with your personal track & trace code. This usually happens just a few hours after your order.
How do I place an order?
Very simple! Add your favourite items to your cart. Then click ‘Next step’ to enter your e-mail and delivery address. Complete the payment and voilà, your order has been placed.
You will receive a confirmation email from us within minutes, so you know everything has gone well.
What does pre-order mean?
A pre-order means you reserve a product before it is in stock. Handy, because our items fly out the door! So you can be sure to get your copy as soon as it is available.
Note: With every pre-order product, we clearly state the estimated delivery time on the product page, such as ‘Pre-order now and receive in week X’. So you know exactly when to expect your order.
Why did I not receive a confirmation e-mail after a few minutes?

We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Usually this is within 4-6 working days, unless it is a pre-order.

Do the duvets come with pillowcases?
Kiddybed comes with one matching pillowcase. For other duvets, pillowcases are available separately in various mix-and-match options.

How do I wash a Zelesta duvet?
We recommend washing your duvet at 40 degrees and 800 rpm for best longevity. Only if really necessary, you can opt for up to 60 degrees and 1000 rpm.
Regular cleaning removes stains, dust mites, mould and bacteria. After washing, you can put it briefly in the dryer or hang it on the clothesline; it will be dry within 1-2 hours.
Tip: Check that your washing machine is suitable for the size of the duvet. Does it not fit? Then opt for two smaller duvets or consider the Flexibed duvet. You can wash this partner duvet in parts and adjust the temperature for each side.
What are the advantages of a lightweight duvet?
Zelesta duvets are lighter than traditional duvets on average, and for good reason. They are designed to make making your bed effortless, which is nicer for everyone. Especially if you have physical complaints.Despite the light weight, they still offer the right warmth, thanks to the specially developed filling that adapts to your body temperature. So you always sleep comfortably and make your bed effortlessly.
Which duvet prevents night sweats?
All duvets from Zelesta have a temperature-regulating filling, but they usually differ in thickness. We offer duvets for winter, summer and year-round, with different filling weights. The Light variants are the thinnest and ideal for summer or for people who are prone to night sweats.
Why are Zelesta duvets better for hygiene?
Zelesta duvets are more hygienic because you can wash the whole duvet,instead of just the cover. Many traditional duvets, such as down duvets, cannot be washed and can only be aired, which is not always enough to prevent bacteria and allergies. Our duvets can also be tumble-dried, which is especially useful in cold or damp weather. When a duvet dries too slowly on the clothesline, mould can develop. But with Zelesta, your bed willalways stay fresh and comfortable!
Why does a Zelesta duvet save me so much time?
A Zelesta duvet saves you a lot of time because it has a fixed cover.You no longer need to remove a duvet from a cover; you can simply put it in the washing machine.
