Ordering

How do I place an order?
Add your favourite products to your cart and follow the steps at checkout. You only need to provide your email address and delivery details.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Unfortunately it is not possible to modify an order once it has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

When will I receive my order confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of ordering. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a track & trace code by email. You can also use our order tracking page.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 1 to 4 working days. Saturday deliveries are available; there is no Sunday delivery.

Is shipping free?
Yes — free shipping on all orders of 100 EUR or more.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?
It is not possible to schedule a specific delivery slot through us. Please use the carrier's tracking link to manage your delivery preferences.

Returns and Exchanges

How long do I have to return a product?
You have 30 days to return a product — longer than the statutory 14-day requirement.

What does a return cost?
The return label costs 7.95 EUR, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, receive 12.95 EUR as store credit.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 20 days of receiving your return, via the original payment method.

Can I exchange a product?
Direct exchanges are not available. We will issue a gift card for the value of your return, which you can use to place a new order.

How do I return a product?
Please use our dedicated returns portal. The link can be found in your order confirmation email.

Warranty

What warranty do I get?
All Zelesta products come with a 1-year warranty as standard.

How do I submit a warranty claim?
You can submit a claim through our online warranty portal. Answer a few short questions and upload photos. We will get back to you within 5 business days.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna (pay later and instalments), KBC/Belfius, and Sofort Banking.

Products

At what temperature should I wash my duvet?
We recommend 40 degrees Celsius with 800 rpm. If necessary, a maximum of 60 degrees / 1000 rpm is possible.

Do I need a separate duvet cover?
No — all Zelesta duvets feature a built-in cover, so no separate duvet insert is needed.
