At Zelesta, quality is central to our entire process — from the careful selection of raw materials through to the final stitch. Every product is developed and tested to the highest standards before it reaches you.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Certified
All materials used in our products are tested for harmful substances and allergens. Our OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification guarantees that every Zelesta product is safe, skin-friendly, and free from hazardous chemicals.
Quality Control
We conduct extensive quality inspections both in our own factories and upon arrival at our warehouse. Only products that meet our strict standards are shipped to customers.
Technical Testing Standards
Our products are tested against internationally recognised standards, including:
- Seam Strength (ISO 13935-2) — tests the durability and tear resistance of seams
- Colour Fastness (ISO 105-C06 / C10) — ensures colour stability through repeated washing
- Washability and Dimensional Stability (ISO 6330 / ISO 5077) — evaluates shrinkage and shape retention after washing
Compliance with European Safety Standards
All Zelesta products comply with the REACH directives of the European Union, ensuring they are free from prohibited chemicals and meet all European safety requirements.
